By using a service provided by Orbita Social L.L.C. (“Orbita,”
“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service and
our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally permitted to use the service. If you are
below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or
legal guardian must review and agree to these terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information
and protecting your sign-in credentials.
3. Permission to Use Our Services
Subject to these terms, Orbita grants you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the
applicable service for personal or expressly authorized purposes.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use a service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Interfere with the operation or security of a service.
- Upload malware or infringing or illegal content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

Reverse engineer software except where applicable law permits it.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Orbita a
limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that
content as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the
requested service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to
submit your content.
6. Translation and Learning Results
Automated translations, pronunciation results, definitions,
exercises, and generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete.
You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.
Our services are not substitutes for certified translators,
teachers, attorneys, medical professionals, financial advisers,
or other qualified professionals.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
Paid features may be offered in the future. Pricing, billing,
trial, renewal, and cancellation details will be displayed
before purchase.
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play may be
governed by the applicable store's payment and refund policies.
Deleting an application does not automatically cancel a subscription.
8. Intellectual Property
Orbita's software, designs, branding, interfaces, and original
content are owned by Orbita or its licensors and are protected
by applicable intellectual-property laws.
9. Third-Party Services
A service may link to or use third-party services. We do not
control and are not responsible for their availability, content,
security, or privacy practices.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these terms,
create a security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or
misuse a service.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided
“as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted,
error-free, secure, or completely accurate operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbita will not be liable
for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or
punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business arising
from use of a service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be
limited.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico,
United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except
where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these terms as our products, business, or legal
requirements change. Continued use after updated terms become
effective constitutes acceptance of those terms.
